It’s nice to get some sunlight in now that gyms are Allowed to be open, lol. Look at all these great people! @strengthcoachjohn leading the way.
Happ birthday to @metaphrase17 ! What an amazing person and truly fantastic coach! Jorge has grown so much as a coach (also his muscles, lol) I’ve yet to meet someone that didn’t enjoy working with him. He’s always so considerate and patient that’s why he’s such a pleasure to be around in and out of the gym. He also has incredible work ethic, just as take a look at him when he works out! I get tired just looking at him ... To another successful tour around the sun!
Squats. probably the single most important movement pattern. Where do you feel your squats suffer?
Ouch! I’m not crying your crying
Opening up 5 spots to work DIRECTLY with me. Drop a comment or DM me results

What part of the weekend makes it tough for you?
A lot of people think they just need a magic meal plan or training program. That if they had it they’d finally hit their goal, break all their bad habits and change their life going forward. Or maybe the best trainer a couple hours a week to completely overrule all the other 168 hours in the week.... If any of these things were the solution, why aren’t you at your goal? What stops you from Googling a meal plan and following some at home workouts on YouTube? If you want my meal plans and at home workouts here they are: https://www.facebook.com/groups/267413590536326/?ref=share Just join the group and follow the announcement section. However, realize that you aren’t missing tactics. You need to start addressing the behaviors and habits that got you in the shape you are in. That takes time, a willingness to change, an understanding that learning anything new is uncomfortable at first and the accountability to insure you execute. If you’d like to see how my team and I actually change people’s lives. Just shoot me a DM with Me
One of the most difficult things in life is realizing you need help and actually taking ACTION. It’s always uncomfortable asking for help, no one wants to be a burden to someone else. I struggled with the same thing, thinking I’d get some sort of award for doing things on my own.... Turns out you don’t, but thank God I’ve now had wonderful people in my life help me grow in every facet. Family, spiritually, business, fitness... But it takes that first uncomfortable step of asking for help. I’ve been fortunate enough to have helped over a thousand people with the health and fitness. If you are done feeling uncomfortable about your body? Uncomfortable about what the doctor told you if you don’t change now things will only get worse? Uncomfortable watching your children develop the same bad behaviors you have? Uncomfortable with making excuses, always delaying till tomorrow? Stop the vicious cycle. The only way to have different results is with different decisions. Stop doing the same things expecting things to change on their own. Take ownership of your life. I’ll try to make asking for help as easy as possible, but you can either be uncomfortable with your situation or uncomfortable asking for help. If you are SERIOUS about making some changes. All you have to do is DM me results to get started.
I used to study Talmudic law in Jerusalem. I was there for a total of 5 years. During that time I started my fitness journey. Everyday at lunch I’d hit the gym. I loved the duality of spirituality and physicality. The idea of being a scholar and a warrior resonated with me. These concepts seem to be at odds with each other, when in fact they sharpen one another.... I don’t think I’d have the physique I have now without the years I had devoted to study. Nor the knowledge of the study without the body to carry me through it. With both of these there was a common denominator. I kept going despite my mistakes and had mentors to minimize them. I sucked at working out. I sucked at studying. Then eventually I sucked less. Then at some point I was pretty good. Keep on keeping on!
I’ve been having many conversations with people this week over the specific tactics we use when dealing with our clients. Like I’ve been saying, there’s no magic, but if you’d like to see it for yourself I’m happy to give you all of our nutrition portal for free Join our group. Check out the announcement section and grab our portal... This is also the spot where myself and my team post the tools necessary to hit your goals. I really hope you can grab some value! https://www.facebook.com/groups/267413590536326/?ref=share
Way to go @reneetheflower ! It’s amazing all the hard work you put in every day, I love seeing you kill it! Repost: Its NATIONAL PERSONAL TRAINER APPRECIATION DAY! I just made that up, spread the word..... Don’t know what I would’ve done without @metaphrase17 this year. He’s completely turned my life around in the best possible way. So grateful for you Jorge! ... The second picture is me at my heaviest, 210 lbs, broken, depressed and angry with myself for settling for my condition.... Fast forward 10 years, changed my relationship with food, focused on my diet and daily exercise and look what you can do at 49! You can do it. #healthylifestyle #healthyfood #healthyeating #diet #exercise #traininghard #hardworkpaysoffs #plantbased #plexus #guthealth #dmmeformoreinfo

@ronsonmoses trying to keep his gym running in California
@danmoses99 puts all his heart into his clients. Sometimes it’s just the small things that make big differences.
@dharvey825 killing it in his 60s!
131 on the right. 133 on the left. This is what’s called a body recomposition. Getting leaner and more muscular without much of a shift in weight. Amazing execution from @manu.carrillo who put in the work!
