Thank you everyone for all the love and support! We are beyond grateful. We have just posted two weekly streaming classes with the amazing Alexandra Rossi starting this Saturday and hope to add more classes to the schedule in the next 24-48 hours. Students will register just like they would for an in-person class and we'll email a zoom registration link before the class starts. Please pre-register at least two hours before the class start time for Alex's Saturday 9:15am and Monday 6pm online classes. With deep gratitude,Heather and The Bend Team

Thank you Yoga for Trees students and teachers! Each time you attend a Yoga for Trees class (Tuesdays at 7:15pm), we'll sponsor trees being planted in a National Forest. We've already planted 6,059 trees! The most recent batch planted in Tahoe.

Bendies! Our Yoga for Trees class on Tuesdays at 7:15pm has made possible the planting of 5543 trees!!! Most recently 205 trees in Tahoe. Thank you for coming to class and making our yoga for trees program a success! Established in 2012 and still going strong.

Walk, bike, or take public transit to the studio on Sunday. See you on the mat!
