Hi everyone! The Moot Court Honors Board will be hosting an Informational Session this Thursday at Noon via Zoom to answer any and all questions you may have before class registration begins. Proud to share that our King Hall Moot Court team competed in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, Western Regionals this past weekend and were quarterfinalists for the second year in a row! Congratulations to Ismah Ahmad, Harita Nandivada, and Heather Bates on doing a terrific job representing King Hall this past Spring Break! They competed in the 43rd Annual Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition hosted by New York Law School. The issues argued included what qualifies as a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act and whether employers can require disabled workers seeking reassignment as a reasonable accommodation to compete with non-disabled applicants for open positions.
