Just settled another case in mediation, which isn't news, but the fact that it's my 4th one in person during Covid is. Double masks and over 6' distancing observed throughout, hand sanitizer everywhere, but these folks insisted on meeting in person, rather than on Zoom, despite my most persuasive arguments. But, it was efficient, and we got another dispute resolved short of arbitration. Knocking on wood for my good health.
