There are times where you may not be able to afford (time or money) to come get a massage and I wanted to share my collection (some) of self massage tools, my newest being this hand palm roller massage that feels amazing and is only $11.49 at spunky skunk in fort Bragg. They all help in a pinch, and not pictured is the back jack, a candy cane shaped tool with knobs that is great for hooking around to behind the shoulders. Self care.
