Today, MONDAY MAY 10th 2021 is the last day to submit Market Beef Exhibitors Intent to Show forms. We will not be providing tags for Market Beef before the deadline. Tags for Beef will be distributed at a later date as the May 10th deadline is upon us. The Intent to Show form and any pictures should simply include existing tags. Submit by the following to [email protected] : -completed INTENT TO SHOW form -clear photos that include a head shot with ear tag, full righ...t side of body, full left side of body, and rear of animal -a copy of a Bill of Sale or Brand Inspection Forms can be found at maderafair.com/livestock

2021 MARKET BEEF EXHIBITORS Exhibitors must complete and submit an INTENT TO SHOW form for the 2021 Junior Livestock Show and Sale by MAY 10th 2021. The Intent to Show form and any pictures should simply include existing tags. Please complete the INTENT TO SHOW form available at https://www.maderafair.com/p/fair/livestock

Market Beef Exhibitors: Don't forget to fill out your Intent to Show forms and submit them by Monday May 10th to [email protected]. This is NOT your leaders responsibility so don't assume that someone else has already done it for you! www.maderafair.com/livestock has all the info on the forms and how to submit. Also, we have been receiving questions about transferring from 4-H to FFA. Per State Rules, you must be enrolled in a project and under supervision by the ownership deadline (which in the case of Market Beef is Monday May 10th.) This means that you must notify your 4-H leader, be in contact with your new FFA project supervisor and have their permission. You are not allowed to change your club/chapter affiliation after the May 10th date.

That’s a wrap for Hometown Christmas 2020 with our partners Madera Evening Lions Club. We couldn’t be more proud of the love, support and Christmas spirit shared over the last three nights amongst our community. Thank YOU for coming Hometown is the BEST town and that town is Madera. Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!

It's our last night for the 2020 Hometown Christmas Drive Thru with our partners Madera Evening Lions Club. Enjoy your drive this evening, all is calm and all is bright! We are sold out online, but will open standby lanes at 8pm for onsite sells. Standby ticket sells will begin once the pre purchased line has emptied. We can not guarantee quantity or availability of standby tickets.

Another beautiful night at Hometown Christmas!!! The Christmas spirit is alive in Madera We are so humbled by the participation of our community and YOU our guests. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night! Saturday is Sold Out, but we plan to open standby for ticket sells at 8pm.

Madera County Food Bank will be hosting a FREE drive thru food distribution on Tursday, November 5th from 9am-12pm on the grounds.

Tonight we TRICK or TREAT! This is a SOLD OUT ticketed event. What to expect: -Please follow road signs for entrance according to your TIME SLOT TICKET, either 5-7pm or 7-9pm... -Have your ticket on your device or printed for scanning at the gate. -You’ll receive (2) nets upon entrance with your pass. -You can purchase additional nets at the gate while supplies last for an additional $2, card or exact cash please. Additional nets are reserved for kids...we know we’re all kids at heart, but we look to serve kiddos tonight -Remain in your vehicle at all times. -Trick or Treaters simply extend their arm with net from the windows to safely collect candy. -Plan your restroom trip wisely, prior to entering, as we have limited facility use while on route. -Have fun! Tag us in your pics. -Fair Food is a separate entrance and we’d love for you to use it prior to or after Trick or Treating!
