This sunset!! My favorite way to end an afternoon of showings in Malibu. @ Little Beach House Malibu
We were sent from the future. Mission: sleep in - cut some tracks in what’s left of the freshly groomed powder - have a sensible (read liquid) lunch - hit the slopes for a bit more - followed by a little apré.

Love a good pool day
All I want for Christmas is for Covid to be a distant memory. Oh - and maybe a pair of Saint Laurent sneakers. @dave_xt
Inventory is continuing to move quickly. In-escrow just forty days after being listed. Positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac, this utterly private Crystal Cove estate showcases views of the sea, Catalina Island, coastline, and canyon - free of obstruction. Offered at $9,000,000 BRE01725753 @ Crystal Cove - Newport Coast
Implementing effective immediately. 2021 goals done.
Are you getting any exercise in this week? It doesn't need to be seen as a chore or punishment - but instead something that you get to do. There are naturally varying degrees - but it’s the consistency that really pays off - that's when changes begin to occur in your body and mind - and that's when it becomes fun. That's when it changes from the worst part of your day to the best part of your day. Exercise is medicine. Boosts mood and energy. Improves memory and concentra...tion. Improves the immune system and metabolism. Reduces stress. Improves sleep. There are so many outdoor and at-home options from simply going on a 30 minute walk - streaming a class - purchasing some equipment - taking an outdoor group fitness class. I take Mr Higgins on a 45 minute walk every morning and weights 3-4 days per week. That's what I enjoy and what works for me. If you only have one option though - regardless of your fitness level - building muscle is the best option as it keeps working for you even after you’ve finished your workout. More muscle requires more calories at a resting rate. Ladies - this doesn’t mean that you need to look remotely close to a bodybuilder. Like not even close.
