Air conditioner at our was not working since one year.In past some technician from different company visited our home. But we didn't have good advice. Yesterday Aug. 05 We called this company .The response was great.The technician Mr.Alfredo was really great person.It was sunday afternoon 90 degree temp.But he took enough time to check our AC unit and fixed the problem .It was really a great job. After having two other companies out to estimate the cost of replacing my furnace and air conditioning unit I called NEX/GEN... HOW I WISH THAT I HAD CALLED THEM FIRST! They were Professional, Respectful and they showed a True Appreciation for the Opportunity to Earn my business..And that is something that the other two companies Severly Lacked! My Project Manager; Charlie Scott was Friendly, Presentable and Most of all,,, Knowledgeable... I could not be happier with my choice of companies thus far and will Most Definitely be back to let you know how the installation goes...

Came out promptly to fix an issue with my air conditioning fan. Also, recommended a maintenance schedule for my filter replacement. Very honest and fair. Would use in the future!

Awesome Albert Air Albert Air was referred by friends for good reason, they were great. Nick visited the house and provided all the options for a complete HVAC replacement (our old one failed). We decided to replace two systems with the 2-stage Performance Series. Nick scheduled a two day installation for the following week, they called to remind us and also sent an email with the bio's of the installation crew, complete with pictures. Aurelio and Martin showed up early and w...ere very polite and courteous as they prepared for day one, carpet protectors were placed on the floor and the day started, they finished the 3-ton unit around 3:30 PM it was a very clean install. Day 2 started at 7:15 and they finished the 4-ton unit at 4:30 PM. They balanced the system, placed dampers where needed and gave us some new filters. The old system was installed by the builder and was probably not a pristine install (they used saw cut wood blocks to support the units and pieces of scrap wood for duct separators from the trusses, and no dampers were in the system. Albert Air installed all the proper support equipment, new mounts and it is a nice looking professional job. Better yet is works great (now we have heat). I couldn't be more pleased with the crew. We left them in the house alone to do the work without question as Albert Air has very trustworthy employees. Our friends gave us a wonderful recommendation and I am glad we followed their advice. We will definitely use them again on other properties. Job well done. Out with the Old - In with the New!!

Albert Air was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. Not only are they professional and responsive, but they exceeded rather high expectations with the quality of their work. They were also the most affordable option of the bids I received. I would recommend them to others without any hesitation.

Albert Air just came out and repair my air conditioning unit. Technician was right on time, and immediately diagnosed the problem as a failed run capacitor which was still under warranty. 30 minutes later that air was working and we were happy. They installed this unit 7 years ago and have serviced it since, and we are extremely happy with the service they have provided.

Wow! My wife and I were a little skeptical setting up an appointment to have our ducts cleaned. Neither of us have any knowledge of what it could cost or what was involved and that can be a little unsettling. After reading Champions reviews on Home Advisor, we felt confident enough to schedule an appointment. First off, their schedule setters are very communicative and upfront. If there is a question, they let you know what is covered and what is not. They also provide the se...rvice technicians (or friends as we now call them) David and Donny with knowlesge about each conversation, so you don't forget or have to keep repeating yourself. When David and Donny arrived, they walked me through what they were going to do, where they would be and some of the things I would see during the cleaning/inspection. After working through the important parts of our inspection, before the cleaning, they gave us "the run down". It wasn't as intimidating as we thought, our heating system was in perfect operating condition. We had the option of doing some preventative maintenance (which was affordable and we accepted). The best thing about this whole process, was not the comfort of having a clean efficient operating system, it was the care David and Donny took in partnering with is through out the process and tailoring their suggestions to our immediate (we have a new born) and long term ( our system lifetime etc... ) needs. I am writing this for two reasons, #1 I want other people that are concerned about pricing/honesty that this is the place to go. #2 To let David and Donny's exceptional customer service be known to both future customers and their company. Tim and Dave were very informative and helpful! We even got to meet the owner Eddy when he came out to follow up with us after we had gotten our new unit installed. Awesome company that I highly recommend to any and all.

They were very professional. They arrived at scheduled time and efficiently diagnosed and serviced our furnace. There were no hidden fees, all cost were explained prior to servicing.
