Rookie Smokejumper Training is just around the corner. This year’s rookies will start in early April. Training lasts five weeks.

Ventura County Fire - Wildland Division firefighters are setting up a pump to drain water from around the canine rescue facility. Pinkerton Road is closed at Briggs Road. This is the access to the entire Mission Rock Road area. See more
