We’re excited to participate in the International Netball Federation & NETFIT Netball 24-hour Live Netball Marathon is coming to our screens Saturday, October 3. A 24-hour LIVE Netball Marathon is exactly that 24 continuous hours of netball. A marathon! Could you ask for anything more? I don’t think so. Here in the States, specifically in Los Angeles, our netball courts are still closed per the State Health Officer Order. This is a perfect opportunity to get into the ...netball spirit, support the sport around the world, and say #HELLO to our longtime NETFIT friends and new friends we’ve met through our social media channels. Our Los Angeles Waves Netball Club head coach and player Brit Smith will be leading our charge to share some of her HIIT tips of the trade that we’ve been using internally and with our friends at San Francisco Stars Netball Club virtually for the past six months.
