The simplicity of the mediterranean flavours will never let you down. - This dish is perfect as low carbs meal and it will keep you full for long as it’s loaded with proteins. It will makes your heart melts just like this mozzarella! -... All you need is: (dose for ) 300g chicken breast; 80g mozzarella; 2round tomatoes; 5g basil leaves; 1tbsp oregano; 1 lemon juiced; 1tbsp garlic granuled (optional) salt and pepper METHOD: Trim the chicken breast of any fat, then slice diagonally across the breast at roughly 1cm intervals. Do not cut all the way though, but make small incisions big enough to fill with mozzarella and tomato slices. Slice the mozzarella and the tomatoes into thin slices and repeat with the tomatoes. Season the sliced tomatoes and then insert them into each ‘pocket’ in the chicken breast. Repeat with mozzarella slices. Sprinkle over the oregano and garlic powder, then season well with sea salt and black pepper. Finely shred the fresh basil and sprinkle on top. Pour over the lemon juice and then wrap both breasts in foil and bake for 25’ and 325F (160 c) Remove the foils and grill for 3-5 minutes to brown the melted mozzarella a little on top. Bon appétit! - Wanna se more delicious recipes all under 500kcal? Click to the link in bio and check out the UP cookbook!

#Repost @heynickmitchell with @get_repost No, it’s really bloody not heathy. Maybe they’re young enough to not be feeling the ill effects of obesity, yet. This shit is awful as it’s literally celebrating poor health that lifestyle interventions can change. Just for balance, if you swipe left you’ll see that images 3 and 4 are not the usual cover model look, but they’re not obese, and especially as they are female they’re much more likely than men to be healthy despite... carrying a bit more fat than is often described as being optimal for health. Conflating obese individuals with a couple of women who are bigger than the standard female model is sneaky mind game level of BS. They are trying to tell you that being comfortable with your appearance (something I support 100%) also means your body is somehow magically healthy despite every single piece of scientific evidence clearly pointing towards the fact that obesity is directly correlated with all-cause mortality. Push back on this rubbish, it’s aimed at selling magazines and getting clicks, not helping people. No #fatshaming comments please, their appearance is their business, but the fitness industry shouldn’t sit back and let crappy journalists p*ss on your leg and tell you it’s raining. #obesity is NOT healthy. #upfitness #obesitykills

What a difference a year makes for Amit, he is 45kg lighter and unrecognisable from the man he was. His high-flying City career meant it was all work and little play or time to focus on his health, so his weight was spiralling out of control. "U.P. is one of the best things I’ve ever done. I view it as an investment in myself, and I achieved results I never thought I could have."

Here is some food for thought... When it comes to working towards your health and fitness goals, it is important to recognise the difference between being truly hungry and simply craving something. Whether it is stress, boredom, time of the month (ladies) or simply a lack of routine cravings are something you don’t want to always give into, especially if you have a goal you want to reach. ... Before you put that food to your lips, run through the differences above to help you pinpoint and understand where this need is coming from!

It’s stories like Emilie's that leave us speechless. This is why we do what we do. Throughout my entire life, I feel like I’ve been overweight and battling that, personally. Her mental struggle with the way she looked proved to be a huge catalyst for change - she finally took action and started a transformation at U.P. Mayfair.... Emilie is now in the best shape of her life after losing more than 30kg. I have a body that I actually never dreamed that I would have. It’s far beyond my expectations. Even better, the 44 weeks spent at U.P. helped her feel more in control and confident than ever. Feeling like I have that (my health) under control, I can just focus on all the other things that I should be focussing on. If you’re ready to embark on a life changing transformation like hers, send us a message or leave a comment so we can help you!

Ultimate Performance Los Angeles 27.08.2020

This is not a trainer, it’s one of our clients. How many trainers / gyms have clients like this? Adam didn’t start like this, he worked for it. If you want abs like our client Adam, read below A lot of people hear the saying abs are made In the kitchen while this is true, it’s not true that training doesn’t play a big role in the development of them.... Yes you need to be low enough bodyfat to see your abs, however the abs are like any other muscle group, and training them directly will only make them better! One of the best ways you can start training abs at home is to do the following: 1) Skip the sit-ups, implement crunches. Get really good at ONLY contracting the abdominals and not relying on hip flexors. 2) Train them frequently (2-3x per week) and train them hard. Sometimes people forget that muscles grow and shape better when you train 3) Perfect practice leads to perfect performance. Don’t count crappy reps, focus on quality over quantity. Doing 100 lower back bends on the floor won’t develop abs of steel like Adam. Focus on slow contractions, getting the most out of each rep and avoiding the lower back. If you do it right, it should feel like your abs are cramping after a couple reps. #abs #abdominalworkout #absofsteel #abtrainingtips #howtogetabs #upfitness #upfitnesslosangeles #personaltrainers
