The #valleyfire continues to burn today. Given the predicted weather, our local firefighters have a lot of hard work ahead of them. Heartland E9 and E13 are on the line as part of an East County strike team. The fire is no threat to Lemon Grove or the rest of Heartland communities at this time. Evacuation orders are still in effect for parts of Japatul Valley and Jamul. Check the @calfiresandiego website for updates.
