How are your resolutions working out for the new year? We can begin with such determination and excitement only to run out of steam and give up. What would you ...be willing to give up in order to keep your determination to complete your resolution? It needs to cost you something or be a consequence you cannot easily overlook. Find an accountability partner and allow that person to hold you accountable to your consequence. This will give you someone who can encourage you as well as be a positive influence on your choice to stay on track with your new year goals. Remember it is a journey and unless we continue on the journey we will not see the benefits of our hard work. See more
