Hi Boeger Families. Our District will be hosting a number of parent workshops. The first one will be presented by Alum Rock Counseling Center on Self-Care, Mindfulness and Gratitude. It will be held on November 5th at 5 pm for English speakers and 6 pm for Spanish speakers. Please see the attached flyers for all upcoming parent workshops and the Mindfulness website information.
