Please share It's heartbreaking to hear that a teen took his life. We want to get the word out that we meet every Thursday night @ 7. We provide a safe place for any teen to have a place to share whatever they are going through and not be judged but be loved and valued.

Sometimes life becomes overwhelming. We worry about grades, college, a job...the list is endless. We feel alone, tired, stressed, confused...the list is endless. Come Thursdays at 7pm to learn tools to handle life and to learn that you are not alone.

Just as our legs carry us upward on the stairs, the handrail we grab is hope. Hope is like an anchor grab. But really what exactly is hope? How do we get it? Come Thursday at 7pm and find out!

It may sound silly but sometimes it helps to say to yourself, "first thing first." Often multi-tasking causes us stress. We are doing, doing but not one thing is fully done. When I start thinking and planning as if a squirrel is on a wheel in my brain, I am stressed and feeling ungrounded. I start saying to myself "first thing first", "first thing first"...I can begin to accomplish my plans.

Come out and visit us at this wonderful event. See what resources Tehachapi has for those that struggle with emotional and mental issues.

One of the best first steps to do when struggling with emotional pain is to reach out to someone who cares. We are a gathering that cares and understands. Thursdays 7pm for 11-18-year-olds.
