You’ll fall in love with this dish that is complete with glazed salmon, roasted radishes, bits of bacon, and topped with creamy goat cheese. A simple, delicious meal to keep you full and warm this season! Ingredients: 1 lb of Brussels sprouts (clean, pat dry, slice off stems and cut in half) 1 bunch of radishes ... 2 tbsp olive oil Zest of 1 lemon, juice set aside 1 shallot sliced 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp maple syrup 2-4 slices of bacon, chopped 1 clove of garlic, minced Salt and pepper 2 small pieces of salmon, .5lbs total Creamy Goat cheese to finish (optional) Utensils: Cutting board Knife Cookie sheet Measuring spoons
