To Our beloved Customers, Visitors, and all Corona Community Members. We would like to inform you that the El Encanto Modern Mexican Grill family will be closing our doors this Friday February 21st and Saturday February 22th (in our regular operation hours 12-9pm) for the last time.... We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the unconditional love and support you have given us for these past three years within your wonderful community. From our very first day up until now, it has been a tremendous experience full of wonderful memories. We are absolutely blessed and incredibly grateful for the times we all shared together. We experienced joy and a few rough patches due to the tragic passing of our fatherwhich has made this decision all the more difficult to make. However, the El Encanto Team will be starting a new chapter and have future projects and plans on executing. We want to take this time to allow those goals to come into fruition while spending more time with our family. This restaurant was not simply a workplace or an art gallery that served delicious authentic Mexican fare but rather, a home in which we shared with you. We opened our doors with open hearts, delicious food, and beautiful art from local artists for each and every single one of the members of your community. It was an absolute honor to serve you all. Our family at El Encanto are thankful to all members, staff and our executive Chef Marco Colin for his loyalty and always giving his very best in making this a successful experience for all including our customers.
