Just days before the tragic act of terror in New York, Fisk all but predicted Trump's suggestion to send the terrorist to Gitmo. The terrorist has been in the USA since 2010 and according to authorities, was radicalized by Isis while in the USA. The green card lottery program the terrorist used, has the same extreme vetting process as any other immigration program.
