PSA: Just got a call from someone in panic because her architect and contractor, who I know are good, are messing up big time. They are inundated! This is not the first call I have received asking me to fix messed up projects. I cannot touch these projects. There would be no legal way for people to get things recouped if I did. SO, please, as you are rebuilding after the fires, get a scope, and go piece by piece. See how things go. I cannot say this more emphatically. Landscape is the VERY LAST THING YOU DO.
