COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE WE’RE OPEN FOR BUSINESS As concerns spread around COVID-19, the health and well-being of our clients and employees is our top priority. We are monitoring the outbreak and will continue to respond accordingly to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) to keep our clients and employees safe and healthy. In an effort to keep our vans, tools and materials clean and safe, we are asking that you please resc...hedule your appointment if you are not feeling well or have been out of the country within the last month. If we do come to your residence, please keep a safe distance of 6’ as recommended. Every precautionary measure is being taken to safeguard our clients and employees against this health threat. We are increasing facility maintenance, disinfecting our tools and keeping our vans clean, although these measures were already in place due to the nature of our work. At this time, we are still OPEN for business. Our office hours are 8:30am-4pm Monday-Friday. Our phones are open 24/7 and we will return your call during regular business hours. We are not on call during off hours, but we do offer emergency services. Our plumbing tip for this round: With concerns surrounding toilet paper, please remember to only flush natural excrement’s and toilet paper. Do not flush paper towels, wipes or sanitary products ever, even if the packaging states flushable. These materials are extremely hard on your pipes and will cause a stoppage once flushed. Again, we are open and operating until further notice. Feel free to call the office or email us to schedule.
