This is a great article talking about depression and the holidays. Many times people have high expectations of the holidays and are disappointed. If you know you are going to be alone plan something with others that are alone on the holidays .Plan a fun event you can look forward to.

I am so thankful and blessed to have great family and friends and to live in America. I so respect and am so thankful for the women and men that defend our freedoms in the military and the law enforcement and rescue services that protect and keep us safe at home. These brave men and women sacrifice alot to protect us. Thank you for your service

I am so thankful all the blessings in my life. Let's all be thankful for being Americans and all the privileges we enjoy. Although we may have differences we have many things in common. Let's celebrate what we share... and be kind to each other. A shout out of thanks to our brave men and women of the military and law enforcement and rescue services. I am so thankful for your service and protecting our freedom and keeping us safe. I hope you all and everyone has a memorable and special thanksgiving. See more

This is a great quote. We have plenty of opportunities for anger. These negative emotions of anger rob us of our own happiness. Be intentional about what you take in. Those thoughts and feelings can cause many negative effects on your psyche and health. It is your choice to give into anger or let it go and bless the person in your mind instead.
