This is what Danes call Parisian steak. It’s our house ground beef, shaped in a patty, seared on a hot pan and put on a piece of sourdough bread. Then it’s topped with garnishes like capers, gherkins, pickled beet root, horseradish, red onion and a raw yolk. Link in bio to read more about this classic sandwich. Happy weekend! #pariserbøf

Gang, the results are in! Our Dawgs for Democracy event raised $7,100 for @dinefordemocracy ! For two days, together with our friends from @theprogress_sf @yotambiencantina @liondancecafe and @misterjius we slung signature hot dogs in an effort to increase voter turnout for the upcoming election.
