One of San Diego's premier Design Build firms is looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual with strong organizational and customer service skills as well as experience or interest in marketing, for our residential remodeling and handyman divisions. The position will include the following duties: Answer phones... Conduct phone "consultations" with leads Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team Maintain Sales Calendar Maintain lead database in SalesForce Follow up with leads via phone and written communication. Develop and produce sales reports in Excel Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using SalesForce Pardot Develop and produce collateral marketing material in Adobe suite (illustrator, InDesign, photoshop) Keep office stocked and organized. Participate in Home Shows and other events where we have a booth. Greet clients as they come into our office and make them feel welcome. Knowledge of remodeling, construction, and/or handyman industry a plus! Necessary skills include: Ability to think outside the box and incorporate new processes as needed Detail oriented, organized and self motivated Reliable and trustworthy Well spoken with clear written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor with confidence in customer contact in person and on the phone Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM. Experience with email marketing Working knowledge of graphic design program/s such as InDesign, illustrator or photoshop. This is a full time position in our Carmel Mountain office.
