Kern County Superior Court Judge invalidates settlement agreements obtained by Defendant through misleading and uninformative communication in the Ceron v. Hydro Resources-West, Inc. Case No. BCV-15-101461. This is a victory for employees who were pressured to settle their potential claims. These employees may now participate in the putative class action lawsuit.
