These pups found a special way to enjoy the snow!

This man has rescued and adopted dogs who have lost the use of their back legs, and every day he strollers them to the dog park, where he reattaches their "doggy wheelchairs" so they can play.

The pandemic has made it difficult for many to access veterinary services, so our shelter provided free vaccines and microchips to 178 animals last weekend in a... drive-thru clinic. The massive turnout really shows the need, and even though our staff and volunteers had to stay late, they were so excited to get that many animals protected! Thank you Petco Foundation and Michelson Found Animals Foundation for helping make events like this happen in our community. See more

The Forestry Department is urging you to bring your domestic animals in at night and let the wild ones pass through. Please put out buckets of water for them - they are scared, exhausted, and have also lost their homes - they need to refuel. Since I'm an animal lover, I hope this goes around the internet.
