Made these masks for Mama Kass and I love the fabric she chose for this next round of masks she asked me to make. Made these super fun masks for a sweet second grader, Miss Rose, who returned to in person studies last week. Miss Rose has been struggling with masks and finding the best fit and comfort for her. Each kiddo is different and I’ve been working with parents to meet their needs. She started with my pleated pocket masks this summer. The summer is hot and not the ideal combination for kids and mask wearing. This lead to a few single layer masks I made for her to wear to get used t...o mask wearing with the anticipation of in person studies returning. Returning to in person studies last week was a breeze for Miss Rose with our Easy Breathe fitted masks. These masks are still two layers and have an pocket for optional filter use. Miss Rose reports that they are easy to breathe in while wearing and that they are a good fit and she’s extra excited to be matching mom with some of these new face coverings.
