Jay Paint Studio is available for hourly rent. Perfect for private tutoring, working on art, drafting, or teaching a class. Studio is equipped with: - 6 drafting tables - Chairs... - Easels - Art horse Benches - White board. We also have a second Classroom on the same block that is great for tutoring children, with smaller tables and colorful decorations. $20 per hour.
