Thanksgiving Bootcamp....at the bay!!! 17 strong for a 75min butt kicker that started with 15min of functional warm up, then 1 tabata round, run the lagoon(1/2mile), back for burpee circuit, run the lagoon again, upper body routine, run lagoon, lower body routine, run the lagoon and finished with a fun 2min Squat/Pushup Challenge #blessedtobeable #fitfamily #itsalifestyle
