Happy Thanksgiving!!

This month, we have asked our participants to share their internship experiences with us in the form of pictures. At this point, the GACC CA team would like to ...thank all participants for the high rate of participation. We enjoyed receiving all the photos and reading the stories behind them. The choice was not easy, but we have finally chosen the winners. The first place goes to Daniel who is doing an internship in Greenville, South Carolina. During his internship, he not only learned a lot, he also went on company outings. His host company invited everyone to spend a day at lake Jocassee, SC where they organized a boat trip and BBQ. He also got to visit Greenville Airport together with his logistics department where he checked out the Warehouse, landing, parking and unloading of an air freight cargo as well as its inside and cockpit. Step outside and make your stay in the U.S. a valuable and memorable one. As you can see, there is so much to do and see out there. GACC California PHOTO CONTEST: Your Cultural Experience, Your Photo! GREAT PRIZES WAITING! What better way to experience the United States than immersing yourse...lf in its culture? There is an endless list of things to do - and the memories remain in form of numerous snaps. So, why not show off the best U.S. cultural experience you’ve had so far? GACC California is running a photo contest and we want YOU to send us pictures showing your cultural highlight. The crazy, the fun, the extraordinary, the historic - there are no limits. To participate you just: 1.) Choose 2-3 pictures. 2.) Briefly explain (3-5 sentences) what they are about. 3.) Send them to [email protected] indicating your full name. 4.) Optional: If you have Instagram and/or Facebook, use the hashtag #gacccaexperience . Please also tag @gaccca on Instagram. Make sure to use @gaccca on Facebook. The deadline is February 28, 2017. There is a great prize waiting for you! The winner will get a 150 USD Amazon gift card. The second place also gets an Amazon gift card; the value will be 100 USD and for the third place it’s a 50 USD gift card. The lucky ones will be announced on Facebook and Instagram where the top photos will be shown. We will also contact you directly if yours have come first. Simply share your U.S. adventure with us!
