today i did my first breathwork session on zoom. i've done private breathwork with danielle before, but this was the first time i did it with others. i was a little intimidated before the class even began, but after doing it, i will say, there's nothing to be shy or timid of. so if you're curious but feeling fearful of doing something in a group setting, know that in this particular setting everyone has their eyes covered and speakers off - essentially, it is an intimate set...ting all on your own. you do have the option to shut your camera off, but i would advise against that because danielle is there to help talk you through whatever you're experiencing, without calling you out personally. afterwards, i felt lifted and inspired and a general sense of happiness. i encourage you to give it a try. here is her website: https://thepeacepath.org/monthly-breathwork-series/ here is a demo of what to know for your first class: https://youtu.be/6TxOQJ_Uvwo
