Elevator lobby - Total transformation.

Renovation of a 5 story atrium office and retail complex including interior design, landscaping, construction oversight, furniture specification and branded signage package. Tasked with updating the 80s building, we began by creating a modern gathering environment in the 6000 sf atrium common area. The space now features oversized bonsai planters with zen inspired landscape plantings, comfortable and modern lounge and dining furniture, and renovated fountain and a refreshed exterior façade. The project included the complete redesign of 5 outdoor elevator lobbies and elevator cabs. Additionally, a complete overhaul of the underground parking garage which included the design and installation of a new attendant booth, (3) elevator lobbies and a custom designed building signage package.

ID Analytics is a San Diego based company and subsidiary of parent company LifeLock that specializes in consumer risk management and analytics. The intent of the building transformation was to create a collaborative culture change within the company as a whole to create an open plan dynamic. All offices within the building were demolished and 120 degree workstations became the single seating type for all employees including the Executive Management team. Team gatherings, conferencing and individual privacy spaces were accommodated with multiple huddle rooms and conference rooms throughout each floor and were outfitted with televisions and wireless technology. A bright, colorful and open environment culminated in their large break room that was transformable for multiple uses and large gatherings.
