I'm thrilled to let everyone know that our outdoor training in "The Yard" has been going fantastic, and our End-of-Summer Water Gun Fight was truly amazing! I'm pleased to announce that our brand new program, "Mom's Throw Bombs" on Tuesday and Thursday @ 4:45pm, is in full swing, and the ladies are loving it. This fitness-oriented class is taught by your one-and-only, Shihan Mark, and my out...standing team of world-class instructors. Call or come by today to schedule your FREE WEEK TRIAL. Karate, Self-Defense, Filipino Fighting Arts, and Muay Thai Boxing and Kickboxing, are better than ever. In fact, our new outdoor classes in The Yard, HOC’s shaded outdoor class area, has been a big hit, offering a cool, fresh training area for kids and adults alike. Come see for yourself, whether ...to observe or for a free week of unlimited classes; everyone is always welcome. Starting Monday, August 10th, the updated schedule will begin, so check your email for the new class times, or visit our House of Champions social media pages or website. For those interested in enrolling, our ever-popular $99 Intro Special is still available, offering you two-weeks of Unlimited Classes, ranging from Karate (the Art of the Empty Hand) to Muay Thai Kickboxing (the Art of Eight Limbs) to Krav Maga Self-Defense and the weapons-based Eskrima Stick/Knife Fighting, as well as including your choice of professional boxing gloves or karate uniform or eskrima sticks to keep. Or if you prefer In-Home Training, our HOC Zoom Classes are available Monday Thursday, so for either option, just call to get started. "The Yard" at the House of Champions is a safe, unique environment for us all. All programs are running smoothly, with Kids/Adult MMA focusing on stand-up skills for the moment. Little Dragons (4-5 years olds) Classes for Karate and Kickboxing are being held again at 3:00pm Monday through Thursd...ay. And Second, as we get closer to Back-to-School, I know as a parent how anxious we all are this school year. As such, HOC will be offering a new program Monday - Thursday at 4:30pm: "P.E. @ HOC". Fun, active workouts for kids/teens in a safe, shaded area outdoors, combining P.E. with our world-class martial arts instruction. These classes do count for P.E. credits in your school. Beginning this Monday, July 13th, we have adjusted our class schedule to accommodate all of our families and members to provide more days and times to choose from that may be convenient for you. Students currently training in programs will stay the same, with ...options to upgrade your memberships by calling, emailing or stopping by the Reception Desk to get more information. If you prefer to train online, we are offering Zoom classes for our Karate and Kickboxing programs at 3pm, Monday through Thursday. All Zoom lessons will be credited to your next rank promotion so that you don't fall behind and stay moving forward on your Martial Arts journey.
