For Disabled People this means a lot of accidents and lots of angry City workers having to clean it up, everyday. Really, everyone should have access, we actually pay for public restroom services with our taxes. So figure some indestructible toilets and access to water. This is what made America Great, was it's ability to keep our cities clean. Now Europe has bathrooms and places to go, all over. When everyone has proper access to toilets, laundry and showers, less virus and bacterial spread between humans. This is a fact that hygiene prevents spread of diseases.
