Just a quick reminder, We are open today on Labor Day. All classes will be as scheduled.

Good morning Den families. Classes will resume as scheduled today!! With the air quality what it is we will be conducted classes inside on the mat away from outside conditions. Bring your face shield or mask along with your belt. See you there!!!

Well Den families, the fires continue to rage and out air quality is getting worse with each hour. For the health of our students we will not he having class today. Stay indoors and practice, practice,practice. Hopefully the air quality will improve over the weekend and we can get back to training in person on Monday!! Stay safe, Stay healthy and we will see you in the next class.

Well Den Families, California just can't seem to cut a break, can it!! As we sit down here at the Den, the smoke has gotten worse and worse and if kids were in school on a day like this, we all know they wouldn't be allowed outside to play. Since we can't be inside and now outside, classes are cancelled for today, Wednesday the 19th. The APCD declares today as unhealthy for any outdoor activity. We will keep watch for tomorrow and see how it goes. There will be a make up class to come so please keep watch here or your emails.
