Breakfast for dinner, yes please. All made within 30 minutes = mom win! I love cooking fast, easy, delicious meals that are also easy for you. Products used: Saladmaster Electric Oil Core Skillet and Food Processor Cone 2 How to: -heat EOC to 450... -chop potato on 2 cone -chop onion on 2 cone -cut bacon in thin strips with scissors -put bacon in and cook (remove bacon when done) -add oil in pan then add potatoes, I coat the bottom and then drizzle some on top. *key don’t over flip. Use a paper towel and put on top of potatoes, crack the lid and let cook for 10 mins (or till you finish the dishes). -flip potatoes and add the onions and bacon -cook 10 mins and then flip and add eggs, seasonings and tomatoes and cilantro. Cook with lid on to cook eggs and when egg whites are cooked it’s done. Easy dinner in one pot! . . Have you ever made bread? I wouldn’t say I’m a baker, I’m more a chef who can create magic with random items in the fridge, that turn out great. And making bread has been so much fun and easy during this time. Especially the sourdough bread. I don’t need yeast because I have a sourdough starter. Yes it takes a bit longer to rise but the outcome is magical. I’m grateful to have learned this skill. Cause now we can have bread!! No more store bought for us. Only homemade. When your meals are as warm and cozy as this, you can’t help but feel good. Thank you to @feastingathome I got to try something new with the Mungbeans I had. This was an amazing India style comfort dish. I added Daikon Radish, Carrots , Celery, and Turnip along with some Cabbage and Pickled Onions on the side. When you mix it all up, the pickled onions and cabbage give it a nice crunch! . I used Sprouted Mungbeans and soaked them overnight along with the Brown Rice. One b...ag of Mungbeans made 8 servings from being soaked! Meal of the week thanks to @feastingathome we made her Portobello Mushroom Tacos. We made them naked so it’s easy to travel with during your work week. we even pickled some onions to add on top of the black beans. What are you meal prepping this week?
Well...other than this looks like a log of it's really yummy! Power Pancakes! When you have #rawbeetroot powder add it! It's a great way to get a veggie in and you can't even taste it. If your kids like #pinkpancakes it's the perfect thing to add. You can call them unicorn cakes! Then add some #spirulina powder and #chlorella powder and you have some magic #pancakes ... I really like the #kodiakcakes @kodiakcakes mix to give you the whole wheat and protein aspects too!
