Havuk members, we will be closed Wednesday, August 12-Friday, August 15, 2020, for our semi annual cross training trip. Back to regular schedule on Monday, August 17, 2020.

When you show up early, you are on time, when you show up on time, you are already late. You do not show up just before oemr when class starts to get ready, you arrive early to get ready, so when class starts, you are ready to put in work, and not have everyone else waiting for you. This goes not only for students, but for the coaches as well. Lead by example, if you are a poor example, your students or teammates won't respect you or your coaches won't take you seriously.

Ban racism, spread mma training and love

If you can, I am asking. SBA and PPP was a no go.

Why train at 2,3,4 gyms to learn different things, when you can train with us and learn it all here? Obviously price is not an issue if you can afford that.
