Aaaaaaandwe’re back! I’m very excited and pleased to let you all know that Hands On Wellness Sports Massage & Recovery has opened our doors to treating Athletes once again! This is and will continue to be a very careful and calculated reintegration back into our practice. While we understand that everyone wants to get back to The Norm, we also understand that this needs to be done in a very careful and controlled manner. Here are the precautionary measures being taken to ...insure everyone’s safety and properly mitigate as many risk factors as possible through this transition: -ample extra time in between treatment sessions to allow for total disinfection of ALL surface areas, to insure the safety of all. -30 rather than 15 minutes in between clients to eliminate the stress of crossover time amongst individuals coming in for treatment. -disinfecting the restroom facility between EVERY use. -encouraging the use of Venmo to reduce any surface exposure (i.e desk) after treatments. -encouraging online booking to reduce any surface exposure after treatment. -wide open bright and airy office setting with open breeze to promote air flow and diffusion of air particulates throughout treatment sessions. -plenty of hand sanitizer and Clorox Sani-Wipes at your disposal at any time throughout treatment. I truly look forward to seeing and working with you all again very soon! We discuss with her the emotional and spiritual side of staying positive when forced to take a break from something you love for recovery. She has been a ballerina her entire life, and she is heading to Russia to get back to following her dreams and performing there for the next 5 months.
