On the morning of July 4, 2019, a teenage boy, while street racing with his friends, hit and killed a 44 year old college professor who was jogging with his dog in San Marino. Hiepler & Hiepler is honored to represent the family of the deceased in a wrongful death action in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Hiepler & Hiepler is grateful for the opportunity to serve our heroes on the front line. During the COVID-19 outbreak, H&H has provided 1,400 meals to the entire service and medical staff at St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital of Camarillo, St. John's Hospital in Oxnard, the Camarillo Police Department, and the Union Rescue Mission. During this time, we are re-emphasizing what is important to us - our people and our community.

Hiepler & Hiepler has one of the largest jury verdicts in California history involving the wrongful death of a bicyclist--12 million.
