With all the chaotic energy swirling about, people are really on edge. We are seeing it in our homes, out in the stores, work, family, any relationship. Our solar plexus (stomach region) is crying out in the form of anxiety, digestive issues, depression, feeling lost ,feelings you can't shake off, exhaustion.
