Such a pleasure working with Dr Aaron Boonjindasup . Always better working with a robotic expert like him. Love serving the patients of north county with a technology that leads to a quicker recovery, less blood loss and excellent results.

Vegan diets can have their benefits, but consuming high quantities of foods rich in oxalate (like spinach, beets, and most nuts) can contribute to kidney stones. So, how can you avoid kidney stones? Options: 1 - avoid foods higher in oxalate 2 - consume them in smaller amounts 3 - alternate out high oxalate foods, e.g. try kale instead of spinach. ... Also, eating/drinking calcium with oxalate-rich foods during a meal can help reduce the chance of kidney stones. As always, balanced nutrition is key. https://bit.ly/3hRcl6K
