Our Forest Ranch Lions Club assisted the Baptist Church in setting up, decorating and welcoming trick or treaters last night! A great time was had by all.

Me and my fellow Lion Jodie Campbell spent our entire day yesterday making 144 candy corn Rice Krispie treats to be handed out at Tank Konstenius’s Children’s Halloween Extravaganza hosted for free by his Veteran’s Group. We also made a bunch for the Halloween event being hosted by our Forest Ranch Baptist Church which the Lion’s are assisting in. Feels great to serve our community! Join us!

Last evening our Second Governor Karen Crook, assisted by our Forest Ranch President Rich Faringer inducted 6 new members! Dinner of chili, corn muffins, salad & pumpkin pie was served. The power was out but that didn’t stop us! It made for beautiful ambience along with new member Jodie Campbell’s great decorations! A raffle was held and 5 lovely gift baskets were given out. Here’s to our upcoming Fall & Winter events. Come join our group! We’d love to have you!

Next week we induct 3 new Forest Ranch Lion’s members! We’re looking forward to the 2020 events you all know and love, and introducing several new ones.
