Cal vs Amador Freshman Edition. It was great to see these boys play today. Plenty of big hits, big plays and great sportsmanship.

It was a huge TVBR reunion today at California High School. The Grizzlies got the best of the Dons today. These amazing young men meet up again on Friday at Amador.

Congratulations to the Tri Valley Babe Ruth 14U team, who fought hard and won this weekend’s Southern Utah 14U Baseball Tournament in Cedar City, UT.

Congratulations to LONNIE SOLOMON, this year’s Frank Knox Memorial Scholarship winner! Karen Knox and former TVBR President, Randy Moore, presented the award to Lonnie and his parents over a brunch at The Hopyard. Both Karen and Randy spoke about the accolades given to Lonnie from his past coaches and mentioned his work ethic, dedication, and ability to wear a pitch!

Frank Knox Memorial Scholarship Finalists The Frank Knox Memorial Scholarship is awarded by Karen Knox to a former TVBR player graduating high school who has shown the character traits Frank desired in baseball players. The 2020 finalists are: Jack Grant - San Ramon Valley HS... JJ Knight - Granada HS Drew Price - San Ramon Valley HS Luke Novitske - Foothill HS Lonnie Solomon - Amador Valley HS The scholarship winner will be announced Sunday, August 16th. Congratulations to a fine group of young men!
