SLO FOOD BANK’s first virtual cooking class will launch in two days! Our Nutrition Education Manager Tara is excited to cook sample recipes and teach participants about healthy eating habits. If you’re interest in joining, you can do so at slofoodbank.org/nutrition. The lesson on Wednesday will be the first one in a series of interactive classes called Stay Nourished that are being held on the first and third Wednesday of every month.

We are excited to announce our upcoming virtual nutrition and culinary education series! Each of our classes will consist of a lesson in nutrition and demos of ...two to three healthy recipes. Register at slofoodbank.org/nutrition. Participants only need to register once to receive access to all classes. You may attend as many as you would like.
