You've seen his face, you know his name, some would call him a FiRE + iCE celebrity, - we know him as Raul, our General Manager at FiRE + iCE Anaheim! Raul was introduced to the world of FiRE + iCE Grill when Kacee Colter, Owner of FiRE + iCE, presented the restaurant concept to him years ago. He was very intrigued by the unique idea and loved that guests would be able to select a meal from a variety of cuisines - all in one place. He understands the struggle of deciding on w...here to eat, "and when you come to FiRE + iCE, you get a little bit of everything." From the beginning, he knew he wanted to be a part of what would become a very fun and successful franchise. He has now been helping to keep the flame going at FiRE + iCE Anaheim since the doors opened 11 years ago! "Customer service is one of my strengths, I love meeting new people, every day is different." A passion for customer service led him to work in the restaurant industry for around 30 years, where he continues to find himself fulfilled every day. Regulars at FiRE + iCE Anaheim now expect to see his smiling face and upbeat energy when they walk in the door! Whether he's offering up new recipe ideas or simply asking you how your day is going, you can expect to have a pleasant conversation with Raul. When he's not fueling the fun at the grill, you'll find him enjoying the day at Disneyland with his children! Or, he's firing up the engine of his Classic 64 Mustang driving to one of his happy places - car shows. His favorite meal from the grill? Fettuccine, broccoli, onion, mushroom, with pesto and alfredo sauce - and can't forget the sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
