Mint Kombucha for Day 10 of the 30 Day Kombucha Challenge. The simplest flavor profile is always a winner. The great thing about mint is EVERYONE can grow this herb- you have to actually try and stop it from over taking your garden and lawn! Day 7 of Kombucha Challenge is for smoothies Use kombucha in place of apple juice or what ever juice you use in your fruit smoothie for an added dose of probiotics! Kegging kombucha is easier than you may think! I love this smallish keg- it holds about 2.5 gallons of kombucha which makes it easy to lift even when it’s full. The height makes it easy to clean too! I triple filter the kombucha as it gets kegged. Keg goes into the fridge and once it’s chilled I’ll show you some tricks how to force carbonate . . .
