We have 3 great workshops coming this Sunday November 21st! Ken Babal is doing a Free Seminar on Nutrition & Stress from noon to 1:00pm. Kenwa Newell is giving a Bollywood Dance Workshop from 3:00-6:00pm to burn some pre-Thanksgiving calories (by RSVP only) & Chandi Devi is giving a Tantric Yoga Workshop from 7:00-9:30pm. The studio will be closed Thurs 9/02 - 9/06. My son & I are going camping in Kings Canyon with the Sequoia trees & will be completely unplugged! Have a great safe weekend & hope to see you all when I return...love suzanne
