Our staff came together for a virtual staff meeting last week where we focused on self-care and reconnecting. We were treated to storytelling, dance instruction, yoga, crafts, a scavenger hunt and more!! It was great to see everyone and enjoy a fun day together. #FSAstrong

Last week, our School Outreach Mentors and students from Santa Maria-Bonita School District participated in #RedRibbonWeek, the largest drug-abuse prevention campaign in the US.
Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to support youth struggling with a mental health or substance abuse problem. Parents, teachers, and others who work with youth are encouraged to be the difference by participating in a free, online training. November 10 is the last chance to take a class this year.
