Happy Halloween

We were tested today.... We know firsthand how important a positive mental attitude is. We have trained ourselves to ALWAYS live in a state of gratitude. BUT today was tougher than normal with our power going out and other life issues. However when we came into the office and got see so many of our patients home for the holidays there really isn’t a better feeling! Immediately, we are reminded that nothing really matters but love and human connection! Gina has been a practice member for over 7 years! We’ve watched her grow up! Today we found out she PASSED HER BOARDS AND IS OFFICIALLY AN ATTORNEY!!! This is our Covid celebratory dance when we can’t jump up and down and hug each other!! Thank YOU for always reminding us how AMAZING our job is that we get to take care of YOU ALL!

Harper is here to help! Since more of us are working from home we’ve seen an increase in neck, shoulder, hip and low back pain. Keep these tips in mind when working at your desk in front of a computer: Sit up straight and keep your hips far back in the chair. Adjust the chair height so that your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are in line with your hips (or slightly lower). Arms should be in neutral position relaxed at your side.
