Do not trust them. Customer service is horrendous. British airways cancelled my flight and the only way I can get refunded is through hopper. They have chosen to ignore my request via their app (3x) Twitter(3x) Instagram (2x) email (5x) and now Facebook. They must be desperate for my $435. Really unprofessional. I received an automated response stating they’d respond in 24 hours. It’s now been 2 weeks. There are no phone numbers to use either. Fowl.
