There are few homes in Southern California that have raised foundations, and even less that I can get into and crawl around in. This crawl space is so extremely clean, and reveals a hidden gem. Today I was in Horse Creek Ridge: I remember several years back when I appraised one of the first detached condominiums in phase 1 of the Horse Creek Ridge development. There were no closed sales yet, so it was a complex assignment, yet this is the kind of challenge I enjoy. I thought this was so cool that my 9 year old sketched out my room. She see’s the sketches I do of houses, and she emulated the concept on her own. I’m so proud of her spatial awareness! Next time we are going to work on grid paper and use a tape. She is excited to give it a try!

FHA guidelines require minimum property standards be met, which are in place for Safety, Security and Soundness for the buyer, occupants and the structure.
